Repair Terms and Conditions: All repairs and any spare part order over $20 are subject to a $10.00 handling charge. All products sent to Bron Imaging Repair Department for generation of repair estimate are billed $85 for preparation of the estimate. This charge is credited to the repair if the customer approves the estimate. Important Repair Holding Time:
Repair Eligibility: Products over 10 years old may be refused for repair. We do not stock spare parts for products older than 10 years. Spare parts for these products may be unavailable. Please check with the service department before sending older products in for repair.
Typical Repair Times: broncolor, Kobold, Foba, Sniper, and Sunbounce - Estimate usually issued within 4 business days of product receipt. Repair is normally completed within 5 days of approval of estimate. Some repairs may take longer based on availability of spare parts. Sinar Mechanical - Mechanical repairs to Sinar cameras and digital backs may require up to 10 days to generate an estimate. If a repair can be completed in the Bron Imaging Service Center and spare parts are available then repairs are generally completed within 8 business days of estimate approval. Some more complex repairs may require the product to be returned to the factory in Switzerland. This activity requires up to 6 weeks for repair after estimate approval. Sinar digital repairs - Sinar electronic repairs and repairs of imaging boards or sensors are sent back to Switzerland for processing. An estimate should be generated within 8 business days. This activity requires up to 6 weeks for repair after estimate approval.
